About.
Inspired by the teachings of EXOS, a world renowned sports performance education, Alex’s approach to performance coaching is based in movement, strength training and recovery. He works effectively with all kinds of clients, from those aiming for peak performance to those recovering from injury or just entering the world of fitness.
Having been a professional footballer from a young age, Alex gained experience of elite sporting environments. These experiences are the roots of his work and from there he has built an extensive knowledge of movement training and how it can be used to optimise performance.
Alex has also worked extensively in high class performance gyms and can be credited with assisting the smooth set up of gyms across the world, as well as providing a top tier education for the trainers within these gyms.
